Two people in critical condition after being hit by a car

Emergency crews are on the scene of an accident in Cayucos after CAL FIRE says a vehicle hit two pedestrians Saturday evening.
It happened just after 6:30 p.m. near South Ocean Avenue and 7th Street.
Officials say the driver stayed at the scene, and two people were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
