UNITED NATIONS (AP) - Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says more than 100,000 people have been killed in the escalating conflict in Syria.
Last month, the U.N. increased the overall death toll in the civil war to nearly 93,000, with civilians bearing the brunt of the attacks.
Ban said Thursday it's imperative to find a political solution and end the conflict.
