The United Way partners up with Santa Barbara County's prescription drug discount program, all to help your family.
The Coast2CoastRX card is designed to help people who are uninsured or underinsured. The free program is open to all county residents.
The United Way has run a similar program for the past couple years, but they recently teamed up with the county to spread the word about this card.
"Those dollars are still in the pockets to pay rent, buy food, put gas in the car to get to work, so by being able to leverage this partnership with the county and expand our network of distribution, we feel like were going to impact so many more families," said United Way CEO Eddie Taylor.
