One man is dead after a two car collision near Orcutt early this evening.
Cal Trans says it happened on the Northbound on ramp to Highway 101 and Clark around 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
Santa Barbara County Fire says a male was traveling up the off ramp and as a result of the 90 degree impact died at the scene.
The other driver, a female, was driving east on Clark when her car rolled over as a result of the impact.
A man in a commercial truck used rope to stabilize her vehicle before help arrived.
Once there crews had to use the jaws of life to get her out of the vehicle.
She was taken to Marian Medical Center with moderate injuries.
The nsme of the victim has not been released.
Santa Barbara County Fire says expect delays in the area.
