Update: Man arrested for having child porn was girl's softball league umpire

The Atascadero man arrested Tuesday for having child pornography used to be an umpire for the Atascadero Girl's Softball league, according to a league board member.
Those who knew Andrew Pratt, 47, say he went by the name "Andy." The city says he was also contracted to work as a bus driver for the Dial-a-Ride in Atascadero. Pratt has been indicted on five counts of receiving and possessing child pornography, between August and November 2010.
The indictment states Pratt "knowingly" received the videos on his desktop computer. He posted $70,000 thousand bond, but the FBI says there are limits on how close he can be to children. Pratt has two daughters of his own.
