UPDATE: Man's death may have been an accident

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office is investigating a suspicious death west of Templeton.
Officials received a 911 call about a man with an apparent gunshot wound in the 2800 block of Cloudy Meadow Road at around 9:00 pm on Wednesday.
That man has been identified as the homeowner, Robert Hickey, 48.
Sheriff's officials say it appears his death was an accident, but they are continuing to investigate, and an autopsy will be performed next week.
