UPDATE: Pistorius charged with murdering girlfriend

PRETORIA, South Africa (AP) - Prosecutors in South Africa say Olympic runner Oscar Pistorius fired a gun through his bathroom door as his girlfriend cowered on the other side.
At a bail hearing today in Pretoria, prosecutors charged Pistorius with premeditated murder in the Valentine's Day shooting, saying model Reeva Steenkamp locked herself in the bathroom after she and Pistorius got into a shouting match in the bedroom.
They say Pistorius had to get up from bed and put on his prosthetic legs to reach the bathroom door.
