The Santa Barbara Police have located the missing teenage boy with autism after he wandered away from his home Monday morning.

Police located Flavio Hernandez, 13, at the downtown Public Library just after 9:00am.

The La Cumbre Junior High Student told a library employee that he needed to get to school. The employee called La Cumbre Middle School's principal who knew Flavio was missing. The principal identified him and then returned him back home. Flavio was in good health despite being out in the cold for numerous hours.

Police say his family reported him missing at 4:00am Monday morning.
