Two workers who were seriously hurt at Vandenberg Air Force Base over the weekend were moved to another hospital today.

The United Launch Alliance said two employees were transferred to a Los Angeles hospital that specializes in treating burn victims.

They were working on a Delta IV rocket being prepared for an August launch when an arc flash occurred.

An arc flash happens when an electric current flashes from one live conductor to another.
