Vehicle fire blocks both lanes on hwy 101

Cal Fire says they are responding a vehicle fire on the Southbound 101 freeway near Avila Beach Drive.
Both lanes of the freeway are blocked. They say they receieved word of the fire just after 12:50 p.m. this afternoon.
