Very cold overnight temps Saturday and Sunday

A freeze warning is in effect for San Luis Obispo County and a frost advisory in effect for Santa Barbara County until Sunday morning.

Temperatures will likely dip into the upper 20's again Saturday night, for the interior valleys, after cold air followed Friday's storm system.

Be sure to take care of your outdoor animals and cover sensitive plants.

Sunday, we'll warm up about five degrees during the day, with temperatures topping out in the mid 60's at the beach and coast, but the interior valleys will only reach the upper 50's. Winds will be breezy and turn offshore which will help with the warm up.

The warm up will continue Monday and Tuesday, before another round of storms moves into the area Thursday and Friday.

Have a great Sunday!
