Monday was an emotional day for the people who were evacuated during a fire at the Town Center Inn in Santa Maria.
Victims were able to search through their rooms to recover any valuables they left behind.
More than 50 people were displaced in the October 12th fire.
Many of the tenants had to stay in temporary shelters.
"Going to be a rough week, lot of emotions for people who come to reclaim what's left of their lives in the eight by ten rooms," said Brad Anderson, a Contractor.
A former hotel employee now faces charges of arson for allegedly starting the fire.
