A new study has found that taking Vitamin D supplements during pregnancy does not affect children's bone health.

British researchers have tracked thousands of babies for nine years. They found no association between a woman's Vitamin D levels and her child's bone mineral content.

Experts say Vitamin D may still benefit African American, South Asian, Middle Eastern, Obese, and women who have limited exposure to sunlight.
