Wanted man, friend arrested in San Luis Obispo County

San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a wanted man Wednesday morning, along with the man they say had been harboring him.

David Muracchioli is accused of injuring his brother with a knife Monday at a Paso Robles home then taking off.

Investigators believe Edward Dunn called Muracchioli after seeing a report on the news that he was wanted. They say Dunn recorded the report and played it for Muracchioli at Dunn's home in the Whitley Gardens area.

Both men were booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
