Wanted sex offender arrested in Paso Robles

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office has arrested Matthew James Booker, 37, a registered sex offender, early Thursday morning at a home in the 5400 block of Weeping Willow Way.
The sheriff's office says Booker initially would not come out of the house, and that his father helped talk him into coming out.
Earlier this month deputies offered a reward for information leading to Booker's arrest after they say he failed to register as a sex offender and did not show up for court.
