Warm the first part of the week, but big changes coming in weather pattern

High pressure will bring offshore winds and warm, dry, clear weather Sunday and through the first part of next week.

Temps will top out in the 80's in most locations, with breezy winds and lots of sunshine. It will be warmer still on Monday, then cooling gradually Tuesday and Wednesday.

But Thursday, a cold and strong low pressure system will move into the area, changing the winds back onshore and cooling temps to the 60's. Also, a 30-percent chance of scattered showers are expected into Friday. By the end of the week, we'll likely see temps plunge about 30 degrees from Monday to Friday.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
