High pressure will continue to build into the weekend, bringing us above normal temperatures for this time of year, though the beach and coastal areas will still see overnight and morning low clouds and fog.
By early next week, a cooling trend will begin as a trough of low pressure takes over and we'll find ourselves on the other side of the norms, with cooler than usual conditions.
Here's a look at today's high temperatures:
