The slow moving upper level low responsible for the thunderstorms and showers has moved south into Southern California. Friday, there will be a fair amount of clouds remaining with the possibility of light drizzle overnight and in the early morning, especially in San Luis Obispo County -- although it will be minimal at best. Skies should clear by the afternoon.

Temperatures will rise slightly Friday with highs ranging in the 60's along the beach and coast - low 70's for some parts of the interior valleys, overnight lows in the 40's and 50's.

As we head into the weekend, high pressure will build over the Central Coast with winds turning offshore. This will warm up the area dramatically.

Have a great Friday!
