Warming up and clearing up!

High pressure continues to gain strength over the Central Coast today, bringing us lots of clear, blue skies and warm temperatures.

We're starting off with some low clouds and fog in many coastal areas, though. That should begin to burn off by mid morning in most spots, though some regions (think Morro Bay and Pismo Beach) may hang onto their marine layers later into the day.

Overall, we'll be warmer by several degrees today, than we were yesterday, with a 25 to 30-degree spread of expected high temperatures.

Tomorrow and Friday, the warming continues inland, with the mercury heading toward the 100-degree mark, but some cooling relief arrives on Sunday with a 10-degree dip back into the upper 80s and low 90s inland.

The weather will be quite consistent at the beaches today and tomorrow-early low clouds and fog-giving way to 60s and 70s for the rest of the week.

Here's a look at today's high temperatures:

Paso Robles-97
Atascadero-88
Morro Bay-61
San Luis obispo-78
Pismo Beach-68
Nipomo-67
Guadalupe-62
Santa Maria-73
Los Alamos-79
Solvang-85
Vandenberg-69
Goleta-74
Santa Barbara-72
