Weekend cooldown inland will not last long

Temperatures will start a slow slide into the weekend as a trough of low pressure approaches the West.

Friday will see morning clouds at the coast early with afternoon clearing while the interior stays clear but Saturday looks more interesting as clouds should press further inland, in fact partly to mostly cloudy skies are in my forecast Saturday which will keep the temps in the 60s near the coast and reduce the inland temps from the 90s of Friday into the mid 80s Saturday.

Sunday we'll warm a little but Monday through Wednesday next week we'll see a return to hot inland temps with more morning clouds and afternoon clearing at the coast.
