Tonight, we'll see mostly cloudy skies with a 20 percent chance of rain for northern San Luis Obispo County. Lows will be in the mid 40s to lower 50s.

Thursday starts with mostly cloudy skies and a slight chance of rain in the morning followed by a chance of rain in the afternoon with highs in the upper 50s and 60s.

Temperatures will be below normal through Tuesday with the coldest temperatures expected Sunday.

Rain totals could range from .5-1.5 inches with two inches possible for higher elevations. The storm could also dump up to one foot of snow in the local mountains.
