Free services will be offered to seniors this Thursday at the Senior Health Expo in San Luis Obispo.

Various providers will educate and assist seniors with health care concerns and provide hearing aid cleanings, senior fitness testing, and car fit evaluations.

Topics such as arthritis, hospice, Alzheimer's and retirement living will also be discussed.

It is being held from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. at The Villages senior living community in conjunction with Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center.

Fitness Guru Jack LaLanne and his wife, Elaine LaLanne, will be presented with the Wellness Life Achievement Award at the event.
