STANFORD, Calif. (AP) Rhyne Williams beat Tennessee teammate Tennys Sandgren 6-3, 3-6, 6-0 on Sunday to reach the NCAA men's singles final.

California's Jana Juricova, the top-ranked women's player, survived a three-hour marathon, beating Stanford's Nicole Gibbs 6-7 (5), 7-5, 7-6 (2) to reach the championship.

Williams, who beat defending champion Bradley Klahn of Stanford in the quarterfinals, will play for the title on Monday against the winner of the second semifinal between Southern California's Steve Johnson and Virginia's Michael Shabaz.

Juricova will face Stanford's Stacey Tan and Florida's Lauren Embree in the women's final.
