Winds shift and pick up in marine forecast Friday

Thursday: NE winds 5 to 10 kt becoming N 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 3 to 4 ft at 10 seconds and S 3 ft at 16 seconds.

Thursday Night: NW winds 10 kt in the evening becoming N 5 to 10 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell NW 3 to 5 ft at 10 seconds and S 3 ft at 16 seconds.

Friday: N winds 5 to 10 kt becoming NW 15 to 20 kt with local gusts to 25 kt in the afternoon. Wind waves 1 to 3 ft. Mixed swell NW 3 to 5 ft at 10 seconds and S 3 ft at 16 seconds.

Friday Night: NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt in the evening becoming N 10 to 15 kt with gusts to 20 kt. Wind waves 2 to 4 ft. NW swell 3 to 5 ft at 7 seconds.

Saturday: N winds 10 to 20 kt becoming NW 20 to 30 kt in the afternoon. Combined seas 6 to 7 ft.

Saturday Night: NW winds 20 to 30 kt in the evening becoming 10 to 20 kt. Combined seas 7 to 8 ft. Patchy fog after midnight.

Sunday: NW winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt. Wind waves 2 to 4 ft. NW swell 5 to 7 ft. Patchy fog.

Monday: NW winds 10 to 20 kt. Wind waves 2 to 3 ft. NW swell 5 to 7 ft. Patchy fog.
