A wind advisory remains in effect until 10 PM this evening.
West winds will increase to 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph by the afternoon then shift to the northwest this evening before diminishing.
Dangerous Crosswinds will be possible for drivers of high profile vehicles especially for those traveling on Highway 1 and 101. Small branches and tree limbs may be downed.
A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph or greater are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
