Winds will crank up in marine forecast Sunday with late shower chance

Saturday: NW winds 5 to 10 kt...becoming W 10 kt in the afternoon. Wind waves 2 ft or less. NW swell 3 to 4 ft at 8 seconds.

Saturday Night: Winds variable 10 kt or less...becoming S 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Wind waves 2 ft or less. NW swell 3 to 4 ft at 8 seconds.

Sunday: S winds 10 to 20 kt...becoming 20 to 30 kt in the afternoon. Combined seas 4 to 6 ft dominant period 9 seconds.

Sunday Night: S winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt...becoming SE 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt after midnight. Combined seas 4 to 5 ft. Slight chance of showers.

Monday: S winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt. Wind waves 2 to 4 ft. NW swell 3 to 4 ft. Chance of showers.

Tuesday: S winds 5 to 15 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. W swell 3 to 4 ft. Slight chance of showers.
