A San Luis Obispo judge announced Friday that there is enough evidence for Eliana Ramirez, 28, to go to trial. Ramirez is charged with attempted lewd conduct with a child, assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, two counts of false imprisonment by violence and two counts of molesting a child under the age of 18.
Back in April Paso Robles Police arrested Ramirez after they say she restrained, threatened, and assaulted two girls, ages 10 and 11, at a social gathering at a Paso Robles home.
Ramirez is scheduled to enter a plea August 13.
