The woman found guilty of driving drunk and killing a local District Attorney investigator is set to hear her fate.
Ashley Johnigan is scheduled to be sentenced in a Santa Maria courtroom Thursday morning.
In September, she was found guilty of murder, gross vehicular manslaughter and two charges of DUI. It's all for the 2008 crash that killed Laura Cleaves. Investigators say Johnigan's blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit that night.
She faces 15 years to life in prison.
