Woman killed in Hwy 154 crash identified

The Santa Barbara County Coroner has identified the woman killed during Wednesday night's five-car crash on Highway 154 as 73-year old Liesel Ryden of Solvang. Ryden was the only person killed. Three other people were hospitalized with serious injuries.

The California Highway Patrol says 54 year old Priscilla Susman of Santa Barbara was driving drunk and caused the five car accident. She was arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter while drunk.
