If you're looking for a sweet, gentle, mellow and intelligent dog then Woods Humane Society has the perfect pet for you. Katy is a 10-year-old Border Collie who has called Woods home since April. She unfortunately had to be given up by her family because they moved and could no longer take care of her.
Katy is spayed, current on vaccinations, microchipped and she is also house-broken. Even better, she already knows tricks! Woods employees say she can sit, shake hands and roll over on command. She may be 10-years-old, but she's still an active girl. She loves to be taken to parks to play with other dogs, and fetch a ball.
Woods says Katy is low-maintenance, and would be great for a family that has never had the experience of caring for a dog.
