Don't let this guy's name fool you, Bear is a very friendly dog who's looking for a loving home. This 4-year-old Pomeranian can be found at the Santa Maria Valley Humane Society. Workers there say he's a dashing little guy who likes just about everybody.

Bear can be a little rough with other dogs, and could benefit from leash and basic obedience training. Bear loves to be picked up and held.

Best of all, shelter volunteers say you will absolutely love his "Bear hugs."
