Your Family Pet: January 5, 2010

It's the new year. Time for that resolution to adopt a pet from a local shelter. It's also time for Your Family Pet.
Let's begin with Zack. He is a year and a half old German Shepherd mix who is neutered, vaccinated, and micro chipped. Zack came from a previous family and is trained as an indoor/outdoor dog. He is amazing with children and loves to play with them.
He walks great on a leash and calms down quickly when meeting new people and gets along great with everyone. Zack is currently at Woods Humane Society. You can help fulfill Zack's new years wish by giving him a loving home for 2010.
Next we have Aaron. Aaron is a longhaired brown tabby and is about two years old. Aaron is currently in foster care and is doing well in a home environment.
He is shy, but friendly so he would do best in a calm household. Aaron comes to us from the San Luis Obispo County Animal Shelter.
And finally there is Reed. He is 2 years old. He loves people and will follow you around. Reed likes exploring new areas of the home and has been indoor-only up to this point.
He is playful, affectionate and does fine with other cats. He can be found at the Santa Maria Valley Humane Society.
