KSBY-TV, the #1 television station on the Central Coast, has a unique opportunity for talented sales professionals to sell across the 3 platforms of TV, Internet and mobile. There are 2 media properties among those 3 platforms; NBC and CW and we have offices in San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria. Our Central Coast leading news organization produces over 20 hours of local news each week.

The ideal candidate must possess new business and developmental skills preferably in media and digital sales.

This is an excellent growth opportunity for the individual who wants to grow and succeed through hard work and dedication. This is the ideal challenge for a sales person who thrives in a team environment under an encouraging and creative management team. The compensation is draw/commission with excellent benefits including health insurance and 401K.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Applicant must be proficient with word, excel, power point and computer technology. Ability to relate well with advertisers and fellow employees is a must. College degree preferred.

The ideal candidate must possess new business and developmental skills preferably in media and digital sales.

Solid references are critical and a strong history of sales performance is preferred.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Proof of vehicle insurance coverage.
