The Paso Robles Economic Restructuring Committee is hosting a seminar on Obamacare Wednesday morning.
During the seminar, they will explain what the exchange is and what options people have in the program.
The seminar starts at 8 a.m. at Park Cinemas 9 in Paso Robles.
