Catch a shuttle to the fair! Look for the American Star Trailways buses, operating daily from noon-midnight. Make sure you park your vehicle in a designated location ONLY, and then hop on the shuttle. Round trip ride wristbands can be purchased for $15 from the bus driver.

    One of the pioneers of the Mid-State Fair passes away

    Funeral services will be held tomorrow, August 12th at noon for Dolly Bader, longtime Paso Robles resident and one of the people who helped get what is now the Mid-State fair going back in 1946. The services will be held at Plymouth Congregational Church.

    We caught up with these cowgirls and cowboys Sunday on the South Gate Lawn.

    Who ever holds on to their sheep the longest wins!

    Sunday night winners are 7 year old Brody Johnson from Avila Beach, 7 year old Michael Fontes from Paso Robles, 7year old Joshua Jorgensen from Atascadero, and 4 year old Mark Riddering from Atascadero.

    KSBY is excited to reveal Saturday's mutton bustin' winners from the California Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles.

    Sunday is the last day you can cowgirls and cowboys on the South Gate Lawn hold on to their sheep.

    The winners are 7 year old Lucas Hamor from Paso Robles, 7 year old Rhett Parker from Salinas, and 7 year old Xavion Mendoza from Grover Beach.

    Everyday cowgirls and cowboys on the South Gate Lawn hold on to their sheep.

    The winners are 6 year old Braydon Beckett from Paso Robles, 5 year old Jesse Weeden from Clovis, and 6 year old Lindsay Robrer from Paso Robles.
