- We customize our sales around our client's schedule and needs. We have 30 years experience in buying and selling retail, lumber, tools, and more. We offer expertise in fine china, crystal, and sterling.
- We assist in the re-selling of personal property for families with a death, downsizing for retirement or assisted living, business closing, realtors who need to clear the premises, divorced individuals, or just doing a clearing out unneeded items.
- We organize price, advertise, and sell at 35% commission price. We re-sell any items leftover at the end of a sale at our warehouse or on E-Bay. We market everything.
- Nancy's Estate Sales also performs automobile appraisals and will sell the vehicle for you.
- We have a large staff and adapt to the size of the sale. Nancy's Estate Sales is a licensed appraiser, and is certified from the College of Appraisers.
