At the San Luis Obispo County Animal Shelter 4-year-old Kramer is recovering from eye surgery, but he has been nursed back to health and is ready to go home. Kramer is very mellow and he loves to be held. He also likes to give hugs! Kramer gets along well with cats and dogs.
