    Four star general to speak at Pismo Memorial Day ceremony

    Retired General Michael Carns will be the guest speaker at Pismo Beach's annual Memorial Day Ceremony on the Pier on Monday, 28 May at 11:00 am.

    General Carns a four star General and former Vice Chief of Staff of the US Air Force. During the Vietnam War, he flew 200 combat missions in Southeast Asia and has over 6,400 flight hours.

    Pismo Beach Council leaders will honor those who have died while serving in the US Armed Forces.
