Cal Poly senior Andre Dome's historic career will continue. The Arroyo Grande High graduate upset the 4th seed and 5th ranked player in the nation Anthony Rossi of Kentucky 6-2, 6-7 (5), 6-3 in the second round of the NCAA Singles Championship in Urbana, Illinois on Thursday morning.

Kristina Santiago accomplished everything but winning a championship as a basketball player on the Central Coast. In her first season as a pro, Santiago won two titles. The former Righetti Warrior and Cal Poly Mustang had a great season with the Dunav Blue Fairies of the Bulgarian League.
