Refugio Beach State Park -

Officials from Plains All American Pipeline say they hope the ruptured section of the pipeline that caused last week's oil spill at Refugio State Beach can be removed by Tuesday.

Removing the broken pipeline is the first step in the investigation into what caused the spill.

Company officials say it could be months before the investigation is complete.
