Refugio State Beach is scheduled to reopen Friday at noon.
This comes after a Plains All American Pipeline leaked more than 100,000 gallons of crude oil along the South Coast back on May 19.
State Parks says the beach is now safe for the public to swim, camp, and fish.
Non-State Park areas, south and east of Refugio, will remain closed as cleanup continues there.
