Most Wanted Wednesday: Benjamin Harold Evans

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office wants to spread the word about some of its most wanted suspects.

It highlights those suspects in a special section on the Crime Stoppers website called "Sheriff's Most Wanted Wednesday."

They're people like Benjamin Harold Evans, 38. He's wanted for revocation of probation, assault with great bodily injury and an enhancement of committing a felony with a prior prison term for a felony.

Evans is described as white, 6'0" tall and 180 pounds. He was last seen in San Luis Obispo.

If you have any information about Evans' whereabouts, you're asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at (805) 781-4550 or Crime Stoppers at (805) 549-STOP. You can also text a tip to Crime Stoppers by texting "SLOTIPS" plus your message to CRIMES (274637).

Tips to Crime Stoppers can be made anonymously and callers are eligible to receive a cash reward if the information provided leads to an arrest and conviction of a felony offender.
