Most Wanted Wednesday: Sheriff's Office searches for sex offenders

Three registered sex offenders are the subjects of the Sheriff's Most Wanted Wednesday post this week.

Frank Shawn Velasquez, 52, is wanted for failing to report and comply with probation terms, felony oral copulation of an unconscious victim, and felony probation violation. He is described as 5'9" tall and 177 pounds. He was last seen in Atascadero.

Robert George Roe, Jr., 56, is wanted for failure to appear, failure to register as a sex offender, felony possession of child pornography, felony harmful matter sent with the intent to seduce a minor, and felony meeting with a minor to commit a lewd act. He is described as  5'11" tall and 180 pounds. He was last seen in Grover Beach.

William James Baker, 46, is wanted for possession and distribution of child pornography and possession of methamphetamine. He is described as 5'7" tall and 240 pounds. He was last seen in Nipomo.

If you have information on the whereabouts of any of these men, you're asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at (805) 781-4550 or Crime Stoppers at (805) 549-STOP. You can also text a tip to Crime Stoppers by texting "SLOTIPS" plus your message to CRIMES (274637).

Tips to Crime Stoppers can be made anonymously and callers are eligible to receive a cash reward if the information provided leads to an arrest and conviction of a felony offender.
