Posted: Updated:

If you're struggling with health care bills and live in Santa Barbara County, the Public Health Department wants to talk to you.

From 9 a.m. to noon every day this week, there will be public receptions at the county's five health centers--where there's help finding affordable health care for folks struggling to get insurance or who can't pay deductibles. This is a part of National Health Center week.

"We turn no one away we accept all patients regardless of whether they are insured or not and we can also help them get insured," said Dr. Doug Metz, deputy director of primary care and family health.

Here is the full list of reception centers:

Tuesday, August 9th at the Santa Maria Health Care center

Tuesday, August 9th at the Carpinteria Health Care Center

Wednesday, August 10th at the Santa Barbara Health Care Center

Thursday, August 11th at the Franklin Health Care Center

Friday, August 12th at the Lompoc Health Care Center.
