UPDATE - The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office reports that Davic Cooper has been arrested by police in Seattle.


ORIGINAL STORY - David Michael Cooper, 65, is the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Most Wanted Wednesday suspect this week.

Cooper is wanted on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse/cohabitant and failing to appear in court.

He is described as 5'9" tall and 170 pounds. He was last seen in Nipomo.

If you have any information on Cooper's whereabouts, you're asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at (805) 781-4550 or Crime Stoppers at (805) 549-STOP. You can also text a tip to Crime Stoppers by texting "SLOTIPS" plus your message to CRIMES (274637).

Tips to Crime Stoppers can be made anonymously and callers are eligible to receive a cash reward if the information provided leads to an arrest and conviction of a felony offender.
