UPDATE - April 4, 2017: The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office reports that Rita Zambrano was arrested after someone recognized her from a Most Wanted Wednesday post and provided a tip through Crime Stoppers.

ORIGINAL STORY - Rita Lucille Zambrano, 49, is the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Most Wanted Wednesday suspect this week.

Zambrano is wanted on suspicion of possessing drugs on prison/jail grounds and a probation violation for sale of narcotics.

She is described as 5'6" tall and 125 pounds. She was last known to live in Grover Beach.

If you have any information on Zambrano's whereabouts, you're asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at (805) 781-4550 or Crime Stoppers at (805) 549-STOP. You can also text a tip to Crime Stoppers by texting "SLOTIPS" plus your message to CRIMES (274637).

Tips to Crime Stoppers can be made anonymously and callers are eligible to receive a cash reward if the information provided leads to an arrest and conviction of a felony offender.
