Another entangled whale has been spotted off the California coast.

Experts say the gray whale could be making its way through the Santa Barbara area on Monday. It was last sighted Saturday evening off Newport Beach.

The whale appears to have some type of metal gear around it, which experts say makes it easily visible.

Anyone who spots the whale is asked to take pictures and call the NOAA Fisheries entanglement reporting hotline at 877-SOS-WHALE.

Last month, experts were tracking another entangled whale first spotted in Southern California and last seen near the Goleta Pier. No word if there have been any recent sightings.
