Paso Robles to lift water restrictions

            After California was hit with several storms this winter, Governor Jerry Brown formally declared that the state-wide drought has come to an end on April 7.

          Paso Robles city council voted Tuesday night to lift the restrictions on water use for landscaping. It will lift the ban on lawn watering will be removed starting next month.

           However water waste is still prohibited.

            The city plans to keep its long term conservation efforts, such as the retrofit rebate program, in place.

            It joins the city of Atascadero that also lifted the water restrictions.
