Deputies looking for man who robbed a bank in Goleta Friday

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who robbed a bank in Goleta Friday afternoon.

They robbery happened at about 4:10 p.m. at the Golden 1 Credit Union located in the 5600 block of Calle Real.

Officials say the suspect demanded cash from the teller, and claimed he had a weapon on him. Officials say a weapon was not seen. The man left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Officials searched for the man, but could not find him Friday. He is described as a white man in his sixties with grey hair. He is about 5’6” tall and 260 pounds and was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap and a grey shirt with horizontal blue and grey stripes.
