More transportation options are being added at the California Mid-State Fair to help concertgoers get to and from the fairgrounds the night Garth Brooks is set to hit the stage.
Fair officials say more buses and park & ride locations will be added due to heavy crowds anticipated for the two July 27 concerts, although exact location details have not yet been announced.
Those attending the 10:30 p.m. concert are strongly encouraged to park away from the fairgrounds and use a shuttle to get to the event as nearby parking is expected to fill up quickly.
Tickets for both Garth Brooks concerts sold out in less than 30 seconds, making them two of only four 1-day sell-outs ever for the Mid-State Fair.
